I have a long way to go, a lot of weight to lose and some damaging patterns of behaviour to work through but I'm going to give it everything I can.
I'm not sure how I'm going to achieve my goals, but I'm hoping to learn along the way. As someone who has tried several diet plans (WW and SW) numerous times in the past, I need to find something that works for me.
I figure a good balance of healthy eating and mild to moderate exercise is a good way to start for the first week. I'm not going to set a weight loss goal just yet, just several targets:
- To eat as healthily as possible.
- To exercise every day, even if only a walk to the shop.
- To go to bed as early as possible (no staying up till 4am!)
- To weigh and measure self each monday. No mid week peeking.
- To remain as positive as possible, and treat myself well.
